  Probably all the retailers looking at the insane 40 series pricing and thinking, YES we can still rip people off with sky high 30 series pricing… My advice to EVERYONE wanting a 30 series… keep looking for super cheap second hand deals… get a 3080 for $500aud soon!

  I gave you a sympathy upvote, OP. I know you have operating costs and you need to keep the lights on and inflation is eating into your margins big time. Everyone is just so salty at the extreme price gauging that occurred in the GPU market over the last 2 years. Now that a global recession is hitting and next gen cards are dropping though, nobody is going to pay such prices. The last gpu I bought was an rx 6800 for around the same price - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/720178
  I performs handily better than the rtx 3060 ti. up to 25% better in many situations.
  If you can bring that sort of value, I'm sure you'll have takers. But I doubt many will bite at this price point in the current economic climate.
