FREE Song: The A Team - Ed Sheeran (US iTunes Only)

110

Having a US iTunes account can be very useful sometimes. Today, I find Ed Sheeran's The A Team hit song FREE as it is the 'iTunes Single of the Week.'

To get this, you will need a US iTunes account, although. It's easy to set one up quickly.

    This isn't the US

    • Thanks captain obvious, he stated that in the title already.

Sorry, I just can't justify your neg here. A lot of posts here that from US (ie. Amazon). However, it can be delivered to here in AUSTRALIA. Same thing on iTunes. I do have 2 iTunes account, US and AUS account. It can be delivered to my iPhone with US iTunes.

I thought OzBargain is about BARGAIN. No matter it comes from (ie. US, Europe, Mars, Pluto), as long as can be delivered to here in AUS, I don't give a damn.

But isn't setting up a US account while you are resident of another country against their Terms & Conditions? You can provide them with a proper address (e.g. friend, relative) but you are not a resident as per T&C.

        • GreenLego - You're right, but when i go to American Apple Stores, they say that you can just get a US iTunes account to get the benefits plus other games unavailable to Australia. Also, if you purchase iTunes gift cards, where would you spend it?

We also are at Ozbargain, so we all want bargains, right? ;)

Why would someone sign up for a US itunes account just to get this free song..?
Considering you can only have 1 itunes account per device…..?

It's cheaper to buy songs and apps from US iTunes, and we can have as many iTunes account as we like per device.

Isn't it normal for the iTunes store to have one free song/week? This isn't exactly a new "bargain" (ignoring how much the poster may like/value this particular song over other free songs)

Woolworths and Coles have specials every week but the Groceries rep guy still gets 100s of +'s, is there a difference?
