You’ll stay for a week at the award-winning, five-star Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa, a luxury island escape surrounded by crystal blue waters.         Sly advertising tactics like this don't go well on a bargain website. Just be upfront with your prices. Why bury the minimum purchase requirement at the bottom of your deal post if not to bait/mislead?

          Seems fine to me. Room is shared but flights are not, so makes sense to list the per person price with a note to say the room is shared

          Per person always means at least 2 people, lots of websites do this. It sucks when you first see it, but it's pretty common nowadays.

            @TEER3X: I don't like it as a form of advertising price, but accept it is fairly common in the travel industry.

            My issue is more from an OzB POV where you can't post a deal for an item that is $50 but you have to buy 2.

    Hey rep, was looking at doing 2 adults and 2 kids, got some very weird options. Apparently a room with two double beds sleeps 3, and a room with 1 king bed sleeps 4?

    Any hints on how to sort out a family? (Ex syd)

    Can't say I see any deal here.

    Package cost for two people from Melbourne: $6808

    Book yourself:
    Sheraton: 6 nights in Feb = $3982.
    Singapore flights = $1323 x 2 = $2646.
    Total: $6628

      It's cheaper to book it yourself from perth too. flights can be found from $928. Better rooms available for $700 a night.

        Flights are even less. $917 for 19th to 26th feb. $869 for 1-8th of march.

      Depends what month you travel. A month earlier (January'23) it's around 5k per person, March and April over 4k per person. Just as an example.

      February is an excellent time to travel to the Maldives. It's the Maldives' driest month, with less than 70mm of monthly rainfall, average maximum temperatures of 30°C and around 10 hours of sunshine each day.

    Guys its literally a tiny ass island with everything else on water. Unless you need to impress your instagram followers and make them jealous of your "lifestyle". Save your money and go philipines or another tropical country with 100s of islands around it
