Found these gem, it's one of the low-hanging fruits of virtuoso.

The main benefit of booking via virtuoso is the benefits you get, it varies between each hotel but the takeaway is the $100USD credit to use at the hotel plus brekky for two.

      Yep you have to do on desktop or select ‘full site’ on mobile otherwise it doesn’t give you option to input dates, amongst other things. Bizarre process that you get rates online but then have your details passed to an agent to manually process. Think I’ll give it a miss.

        Virtuoso has always been exclusively travel agent. You're supporting a small business when travel these days has been overtaken by big conglomerate multinationals.

          @bettina44: I proceeded and got an email from an agent. They expected me to provide my full name, address, phone number and credit card details including CVV via a plain text email with no security. This goes completely against the PCI compliance standards.
