If you are an iphone user these are a rather large step up. I have a pair of Plantronics backbeats and the Ipod Pro 2nd Gens absolutely smash it in terms of quality.
Noise cancelling is a big improvement.You almost feel deaf when you block out the background sounds in the Ipod Pros.
Pairing is a breeze.
I am not an audiophile, but it's basically the extras that Apple has done that make the difference to me.

Great so far except i can't see them in 'Find My' for some reason, and won't be able to relax until I do.
You need iOS16 or later for Airpods Pro 2 and it doesn‘t work for iPadOS or MacOS yet.
