  • Offer: $10 Bonus Cashback on any Gift Card valued $50 or more.
  • Date/Time: 10am Saturday 8th October until fully redeemed.

  • You will need to ensure you opt-in to the challenge and only purchases made after you ‘Start’ this challenge will qualify for the $10 bonus cashback.

      But if you buy $50 you net more than 20% off…(including the base cash back amount).

      Edit: in your example you would get $8 base + $10 bonus, ie $18 cb for $100 purchase, equivalent of 18% not 19.5%

    Hello OP, I received the bonus cashback from last week's promotion within 48 hours, thank you. However, I cannot redeem or withdraw the amount because it's still "pending" as of today. It says it will remain so until I update my withdrawal details. I have updated my bank account but the cashback status is still pending. May I know what happens and how to get the cashback? I would love to join this week's challenge, but I don't see the point of doing so if I can't redeem the cashback (and hopefully the challenge is not a dud).

        Hey @elieb and @peacefulpeanut, this Bonus will take a short while to process but should be redeemable shortly. Typically it's usually 1-5 days, but it sounds like it's a little bit delayed, likely due to the volume of users who redeemed. This should be paid shortly, if you're still not able to redeem by Monday, shoot me a DM so I can take another look.

        Sorry for the confusion re: the withdrawal details, this is just a general display reason and you'll notice the checkmark next to it is likely ticked if your withdrawal details have been added. This is definitely an odd label so I'm looking into getting it updated, but rest assured if your details are updated you should be able to redeem shortly.

      What I meant was partner holds supplementary card with a unique number and their own ShopBack account.

        I see nothing in the T&C that would disqualify you. Why not give it a go? Worst case scenario, you don't get the $10 bonus but you still get a valid gift card plus the base cashback amount.

      Those are the number of people who started the challenge. 1759 claimed as of now. Another 241 slots availablke for purchase with $10 cashbacke. I just purchased one now and $10 cashback is showing

            @Rockhard: Thanks. Just worked out that I paid with cashback by mistake. Looks like the default is for paying with cashback which was turned on. Have just purchased again this time made sure was using my 28 degrees card. Now all good and $10 bonus is showing in my account.

    Just wondering if it's possible to change a gift card to another store if already changed a superswap to JB hi-fi? Im thinking I could use a good guys one more at the moment. I guess people may swap them somehow?

      Hey mate, unfortunately once the gift card has been swapped, the retailer issues the gift card for you. Given that gift cards aren't refundable, once they're issued it's not really possible to swap them back. I definitely recommend waiting until you know what you're buying to swap so you're never caught out in future.
