        that's terrible?? given that there is a delay from queueing and the app data being cached (even after refresh) that shows "starting soon" even 4 mins after campaign go live.

        at least with opt in you know that's a guaranteed start of the promo

        infact, fix this completely by basing it on opt in's & completion by a time of day, rather than first in

          Sorry to hear you saw some delays with the status being updated, shouldn't cause any issues when redeeming or unfairly affect folks that have queued from redeeming. Queueing eliminates one step from the redemption process which streamlines it a little which is the thinking behind it. We don't run queues for all challenges, just ones that we wanna have info available for in advance.

          Some challenges are based on Opt-In's, and that often leaves slots open that are taken by folks who opt-in but don't redeem. Limiting by redemptions means more folks who actually attempt to redeem will get a spot. Not all challenges can function exactly the same, they're based on different factors and we can't always offer "guaranteed" spots to everyone. Sorry to hear this set up isn't exactly the way you'd prefer we do it, but as I said in the deal body, I'll be here on Saturday and I'm more than happy to help if you run into any issues redeeming when the time comes.

      I got one a few years ago and didn’t use it for anything for about a month. When I did use it for the first time I opened the app and noticed that my card had been used to pay for someone’s phone bill of about $2000. Considering I never gave the card number to anyone I’m guessing someone working for Latitude accessed this information somehow. The charge was reversed but I had to (profanity) around waiting them to sort it out when really it was an issue their staff created. Wouldn’t recommend

      It has good benefits for overseas transactions without international transaction fees.
      It has occasional rebates like Amex.
      I think it is a useful one to have.
      I have had no invalid transaction issues with mine.

      It's great, there's no fees on it as long as you pay your card off in full before the statement date and there is no international transaction fees on it. I use it to purchase all of my digital stuff that's billed in USD/EUR/etc and from international download sites as even though they bill in AUD sometimes commbank charge me some international fee.

      Can use it while traveling overseas for card payments without international fees too.

      When traveling in Japan I used citibank debit card to withdraw cash at ATMs with no fees and 28 deg for card payments no fees was a great combo.

      There will be two more challenges this month, but they're all gonna differ slightly so that different types of shoppers can get amongst it. Not everyone wants to drop a few hundred at once so it's good to shake it up a bit.

    Just opened the app and got a massive pop up about CA$H CRAZE.

    Really annoying that clicking on the [x] to close it takes you to more info about it.

    Still no option to label saved payments. Says I have 3 cards but only shows the last 4 digits, would be nice to label them so I know which one is 28 degrees etc.

      Banner isn't live atm but this offer goes live this Saturday, haven't missed it or any of the others. You can click through on the post to view info on the deal on our site, the banner should be back later this week. We just try not to crowd the app with too many banners, so sometimes have to swap some in and out.

      Hey mate, the Bonus should be Cashback, not a Bonus gift card so can't be used, if you mean the gift crad you've purchases, you can still access and use it if it's been marked as used in error, just head to "See used voucher" when you tap through to the card's details.

    If you haven’t bought any yet, i think the $100 JB HIFI upsized to 8% from THIS deal would be worth the best. I made the mistake of buying $50 without checking if the $100 is still upsized, coz last deal this happened the $100 upsize ended just before the $50 for $350 started…
    You will net roughly ~19.5% off this way.
