      Not for the cows xx

Genuine question and to lazy to look it all up. How is it?

      • +3

It isn't at all, Homerlovesbeer is just talking out their ass. Almond milk uses far less land and water to produce, whilst also contributing far less greenhouse gas emissions in the process.

Why is this stuff so expensive to begin with? The ingredients are not exactly pristine. (or even good… sunflower this corn byproduct that)

Milklab almond tastes exactly the same as Australia's Own one (both owned by Noumi) and its usually cheaper at Woolies or Coles when on sale (atm it is)

    • Australia's own is on special at Coles for $3.60 (save $0.90).

  • Uhm, looking at MILKLAB products and saw that they have coconut milk to go with coffee. Those who have tried it, how is it difference to Kara coconut milk, for example? Or Ayam brand for that matter. Thanks.

    • +1

Probably more similar to Kara as its generally more runny than Ayam Brand

      • I never imagine sipping espresso mixed with Kara … but now I want to give it a try (with MILKLAB) or probably Raw C.

Just my 2c, but I reckon MilkLab changed their almond milk recipe a few months ago and now their product is unusually thick and somewhat gelatinous. I persevered for a few weeks but then ended up giving th me cartons I had left away.
