Tried this on in JB and my xm3's are way more comfy tbh.

    • I would agree to that. I upgraded to XM5s and still wear 3s more

    • I'm the opposite. XM5 feels like nothing on my head. It was a step up from my XM3.

    No you didn't.

The xm5 are meant to be great. Apparently don't fold up. Don't think would be $200 better than the XM4 though.

  • If you have access last time I checked these were sub $400 on TGGC.

  • JB are also listing them at $510 now.

    As is Sony Direct:

(I didn't check postage on either of those though).

I'm still using my XM3's and while my Daughter has XM4's my limited use didn't highlight any real reason to upgrade just yet.

  • The main gripe I have with these is that they are built with a lot of recycled plastic and they don't feel premium or worth their price when you hold them.

  • Lost/ someone likely taken my xm3 from the office a few weeks ago. Thoughts on Xm4 or xm5 for replacement?

Probably xm4 if you can get them for around $300.
