We wouldn't call it a "cure" but from our experience selling bee pollen, a lot of people find it helpful as a source of energy and reducing inflammation.

We take bee pollen every day mixed in with our granola.
No, unlike honey, propolis or royal jelly pollen is just a highly allergenic protein. Not much health benefits. Plus, it is almost impossible to eat - very dry and harsh taste.
