    DoDo or NoNo? Never tried.

I'm using them right now, and they're a lot better than they used to be. Good even.

With CVC pooling, slowdowns are much less of an issue than they used to be. CVC is also potentially going away soon, so that's one less thing to be concerned about.

It costs nothing ($10 now they seem to have changed it.) The only thing you're wasting is time if, for some reason, they aren't working well for you, then go with another provider. Time and $10 now obviously.

      • I’ve cycled through Exetel, Hellstra and Aussie recently. Now on Dodo and I’ll be staying with them for a while.I was having dropouts and other issues until now.I have a great connection constantly and the one time it did drop out their call centre was efficient and the first person had technical knowledge AND communication skills! Very impressed with Dodo.

    • least it not yesyes where your details are made public.

    • I just got a 100mbps plan through Dodo for the last three weeks. Consistent speed which does hit very close to the limit no matter what time of day. Still some micro dropouts but maybe once every two days. Only superloop for me had none. They are third best behind Superloop and Aussie Broadband. Ive also had Telstra which had the highest download speed but constant dropouts every day. Mate was the worst of all time. Dial up speed in evenings and more dropouts than the NBA.
Quite happy with Dodo. But I'm sure it could be different depending on where you live and what connection you have. Took just under two hours to be connected from signing up online.

      • 100% agree with your Telstra experience, worst ever. Glad it was free for three months!

  • 10$ off for 12 months or $10 for first month, then later full price. I cann’t see free first month?

It was free at the time I posted the deal. Some of the free info is still there, including at the top of the page, and in the fine print at the bottom. I edited it to $10. Still a good deal, but not as good as free obviously.

  • Does this mob opt you in for CGNAT? If so, can you opt out?

    • +1

I don't think they use CGNAT. I tracert'd my IP and it came back with one line. I also haven't had any issues with websites that usually require I prove I'm not a bot with them, which happens with CGNAT ISPs.

  • Shame the free month is over, but I got weird issues where web pages would noticeably pause when loading prior. Might have changed now, changing DNS did not make a difference

  • Quick google search came back with https://www.whistleout.com.au/Broadband/National-Broadband-N…
$53.85/month first 6 months for 50 Mbps if you sign up through whistleout link

Only $43.85 more expensive and half the speed. You are a Google master.

      • Thank you :D

  • Tried to cancel my $85/mo 100/20 plan with them after the 1 month trial 2 months ago and they offered a $20 discount, so $65/mo for 100/20.

Important information about the speed of your nbn service

Change providers and get a refund of $6.60

Cancel your internet with us and receive a refund for speeds you cannot receive. There will be no cancellation fee.

I intentionally selected an unattainable higher speed.

    Sweet, $4.40 internet.

A true OzBargainer. Unfortuantely? I can attain all speeds.

  • Has anyone cancelled before the end of the first month without any problems? I just want to try the speed as i'm on FTTN and am lucky to get much more than 25mb download speed where i am.

  • these guys are great. really impressed with their service. had a fault with nbn and they got a tech to come the next day. also no dropouts at all.
