    Is there a noticeable difference between using regular chocolate and using melting/cooking chocolate? As in enough to tell the difference (taste wise, etc)?

      Regular choc I think has extra additives/sugar than baking chocolate. I prefer using these melts to block chocolates as they heat more evenly.
