I want the 35gb for $4 deal back

      I miss it already

    • It’s gone since they change the web interface.

Note: only for new users. Currently on the 30gb/$20 a month - missing the 48gb/$8 previously :(

    • still seems like a crazy good deal.

Damn I'm on $40/m with amaysim and was gonna go Telstra JB next time the $1200 gift card deal is on but this seems like a good option instead lol

I haven't seen anyone else share this, but if you're nice to support, you can get a promo code to apply through the app.

I was on the $28/20GB plan once my initial sign up bonus ($18/50GB) ended, but got a code from them for bonus data and a bill waiver to bring me to $22/50GB for a number of months.

Once that ran out I just asked again and got put on something similar. My partner didn't have as much luck, but still got a bill waiver voucher, just no extra data, YMMV.

I think I started by asking them if they could apply a coupon to my account (DOORDASH50 is a good one right now), to which they'll probably say no because it's for new signups, then ask nicely if it would be possible to get a promo code for a bill waiver and/or bonus data.

I'm interested to see what some of you guys can get because I've got something different each time I've tried, but I hope this helps you!

      • I will give this a go. After they told me it's only for new signups I didn't pressure for a fee waiver (as i don't plan to leave anytime soon and didn't think they are able to do that like Telstra). Thanks

    • same! churned over to iiNet for 6 months - 40GB for $15. Will churn once the 6 month promo is up.

Wish I could use my cellular Apple watch with anyone other than Telstra, Optus and Vodafone…

  • Can we use Apple Watch with their sim? To pay $5 month?

    • +2

Apple Watch cellular in Australia is only supported by Optus, Telstra and Vodafone.

    • Hello there! Regarding the Smart Watch option, currently, this is something that is not yet available as part of our product offering. Nevertheless, I thank you for bringing this up; rest assured that these additional features such as dual/multiple SIM, eSIM, etc. are included in the company's long-term plans so please stay tuned! Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to visit our FAQs page as the answer you are looking for might be there: https://circlesaustraliasupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us Cheers!

Could you port out and port back in to be eligible?

    • Not sure if this helps, but I was a Circles.Life customer for about 2 years up till August this year and ported out to Belong. Managed to get my order confirmed through this deal and I will get the SIM card tomorrow. So I guess returning customers are eligible?

    • +1

Yes you can. I was previously on a 40gb for $8 (12 months) on Circles. Ported out to a Kogan starter pack for $3, then ported back into Circles, now on a 50gb for $10 (6 months). Will rinse and repeat to keep taking advantage of these prices.

  • International calls?

Circle is post paid so every time to sign in or port-in there is credit check. The credit check is done per number so if you port two numbers credit check will be done twice.

    • Good to know

    • Yes, you're correct mate! Also, this is part of our process when applying for a line. Credit checks are done to verify a customer's ability to make monthly bill payments when applying for services. We'd love to give you more infromation about this so please click this link for more information: https://circlesaustraliasupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/article… Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to visit our FAQs page as the answer you are looking for might be there: https://circlesaustraliasupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

      • Does not make sense. Your credit check is per number and not customer. I was going to add another service and got shock that another credit check was done. Now I have moved all my numbers out of circle.
