You are right. I just don't like the way that these nut milks are portrayed as healthy alternatives!
Nut milks contain no cholesterol, saturated fat or lactose, are lower in sugar compared to dairy milk, all vary in their individual strengths for nutritional benefits and you can also get many with extra nutrient fortification on top of that. How do you view them as non-healthy alternatives?

Milk is clearly a misnomer for these various nut liquid products and is used simply for marketing purposes. Surely juice is a more accurate description.

Never knew macadamias had tiddies
At just 3% macadamia nuts, its still better for men compared to those soy drinks, unless you really want to be like those soy boys. But why not have some healthy real cow milk instead, and at least get some decent nutrients.
