Hello again!

Back with the long awaited microsoft surfaces! Got a decent batch in with plenty of options too choose from! The surface Pro is a great study or home use laptop/tablet that is great for everyday use. The Surfaces will come with keyboards we'll chuck in however the condition may vary (wear, crumbled sides) but will still work fine! Battery is suprisingly good on these (ranging from 80-100% orginial battery capaticy. We also have some Microsoft Surface docks as well for extra USB and ethernet! (Link below).         A few years ago I gave proof to Microsoft regarding the problem and they gave me credit to buy SP7, not sure if you can still do it now.

    SP5 comes with Win 11 or 10? MS says only SP6 upwards can be upgraded to Win 11.

      Anything can be unofficially upgraded, but 8th gen Intel or above is officially supported

          You have to use rufus-3.20 to create the bootable USB, there are options to by pass all the limitation.

      It can be done but it's a real pain. I had two Surface Pro 4s with swelled batteries that I tried to change myself - cracked the screen on one but the second one was a success. But you need a heat gun, isopropyl alcohol and plenty of patience.

        I'm sticking with can't. These aren't designed to ever be opened, hence MS itself won't repair them (they only replace / recycle). Smashing a screen seems to be the norm, even for professionals. You may get away with removing the glue if the stars align, but your average user has no chance of changing someone that wasn't designed to be changed. I'm also interested if the screen replacement cost would be more than the unit itself (being used). I wish MS didn't go down this path

      Should be enough, my desktop only i7 4790 but with 32GB Ram

      With SSD all old machine run a lot faster

            I'll be using it quite a bit for Uni so will need something more friendly for the eye.

            Google saying a minimum res of 1440p.

      They take an age to process i.e. expect a min of week to process and then a couple of days for delivery. That was my experience on two seperate orders. I wasn't rushed so was all good.

        Mine finally got sent yesterday and arrived today. Laptop is in good condition only a few minor scratches on the back. The keyboard has some peeling on the edges but doesn't affect the functionality.

    I purchase this surface pro deal however the touch screen did not work. They agreed for me to return it and process a refund,(Auspost shows that they received it on the 1/11) and was about 6 days ago. I have tried to follow up with them via 1 email and a facebook message all i get is … crickets……

    Not sure why the delay response.
