damn how to solve the rental crisis
move to Ubud and work from home! 210 a week rent!
and includes breakfast! give us wifi and its a deal

    • let's hope the tax incentives comes through

Aussies will soon be able to live and work in Bali completely tax free for six months after the Indonesian government announced remote workers will be allowed to conduct online work for up to six months, without paying tax, by using an existing B211A visa

Yes! The government's original proposal for a longer-term digital nomad visa — possibly live there for up to five years tax-free — is still under discussion. https://holidayroo.com.au/balis-new-digital-nomad-visa/

        • Wow 5 years.. hope it gets thru, but, you still need to report tax in Australia though as a foreign income

    • Yeah sounds good. Not interested in slaving away here in Australia 5 days a week, having no life and never ending stress . Love to find a nice location somewhere in the world where I could just freelance a few hours a week, and the rest of the time relax..

      • I read an article awhile back about a town in ireland that was setting up exactly for online workers

    • Lol includes breakfast is good enough. Wifi is pretty cheap there (compensates the quality)

      • Yeah. You get free Wi-Fi in all rooms anyway :D

    • Forgot to mention in the description: Free Wi-Fi in all rooms and daily housekeeping ;D

  • Having a solid in the morning over a squirt, way better, but that's just my preference.

  • I can't see any dates for $29, it this deal expired?
