No worries. I love doing reviews solely based on my perspective. Started doing this out of frustration that YouTube is full of so called "reviews" where items were supplied and all reviews are soooo nice. Decided to create my own channel with no BS reviews on it. LOL. Result, attracts a lot of hate, but there are a lot of people that appreciate it too LOL.

Great point, will do those when I have chance. The only problem that my area is very quiet. Need to stay late to trigger it. Totally noted. I either report it here or post on my channel when I have time. Very good point though!
Thanks for sharing. Some suggestions for your video, maybe put the video at the beginning so that it will not be blocked by the "suggestion videos" over the sample video. Secondly, would be great if you can also include the night capability. Good reviews btw.

Second that… the sample video is too short, and blocked by suggested videos. Are the suggested videos under your control or does youtube impose them?
Also, talking head videos are boring. If you're reviewing a product, then show the product!
@cerealJay: Totally getting the point about blocked examples. The other bit - the video is boring… Please see my reply to the first comment. I'm not here to glorify any product, excite audience or charm anyone. Creating point of difference is hard, especially if I can't deliver a dose of dopamine. The moment I'll try to excite audience about a product I'm instilling bias. Well, if I'm not exciting anyone…. LOL, yes, it is boring, practical yet personal opinion. Otherwise there are a lot awesome professional reviews out there if that is what you after.

But… youtube is a visual medium, and a good review has structure. Your review has no structure. Youtube algorithm won't give you much traffic unless your video has at least a few scenes! Shot 1: your face….Shot 2: Eufy box… Shot 3: Eufy camera… the app… back to your face… etc. :-) All good, at least you have a youtube channel, I don't have one.
1080p is quite low res these days. Probably OK for indoors applications, or where the camera is close to the action
True, but like everything… Price - performance ratio. Depends what are you getting cameras for. In my area crime is low, I got them for delivery verification… The price and video quality is right for me…
Have been using these since December 2019. Only issues is battery does not last long
How long do they last for you overall? If you could would you buy something else?
not too bad i guess. currently around 2- 3 months. Used to be more than 6 months.
I like to try other brand too.For me battery lasts about 6 months. But I ended up putting solar next to the most frequently triggered ones, and now I don't have to touch them at all.
Video quality is fine but not amazing. I would doubt you'd get a great positive ID if a crime was committed under them at night.
However they're handy for general monitoring and have been grateful to have them on several occasions.
There's not much else in the market with similar battery life, price, quality. So yeah would likely buy again for my purposes.which solar do you use? any links?
@overule: The official ones. Reasonable price and they do work really well, easy install. Easier than running cable and allows you to extend recording and trigger times as you don't need to save battery

same here I have the 4 cam 2k res and our house is infront of primary school and somewhat busy road and front door plus garage always runs low…
only hassle is charging apart from that decent, keep in mind this systems will only start recording when it detects - so sometimes you miss the beginning :/
I have the 2k and door bell. Door bell lasts me only 45 days, garage about 60.
The others probably will get me the advertised rate but can't even check… It just says sometime ago.
Could get Arlo essential 4 pack via Amazon UK for this price - which is arguably better camera and app. Subscription makes it even better if you’re up to it

Not price related, but if anyone curious about capability and video quality I created a short video. Got my cameras 3 month ago, still more than 80% charge left in all. They have their strengths and weaknesses. The whole idea of the video is to share my view on them.
