    The patent for the Vertuo centrifugal extraction and barcode reading on the capsules is still current. So all capsules for the machine must be purchased from Nespresso. The upside is that if your order five sleeves (50 capsules or more), delivery across Australia is free.

    These capsules can NOT be purchased from anywhere else.

    The machines have 24 month warranty; if you have a problem, call the Nespresso Club.

  • Live chat out here trying to claim that cashback was automatically provided as the invoice shows a different amount than what's provided on the website lol..

    Nespresso is a joke, non of machines i bought serial works and support via phone or chat cant help, seems like I can only try and see if I can return them without shipping fee loss or open fair work complaint. I did buy on credit card so might be worth to chargeback but idk what would be the reason to provide, false advertisement?.

      Same here, I bought with only 2 codes for $118.26 and now Nespresso is trying to tell me that the cash back was automatically applied to the price already. Sold it today tho on Facebook market place for $120 so I got my money back hehe,

          I submitted a fair trading and accc complaint and talked directly to delogi today who advised they well contact nespresso and find out what is going on. I am at point where i well soon contact my card provider and ask for a chargeback.

                @ChillBro: Update: This is what they said via email to me "As an employee of Westpac you were offered a 40% discount off your Nespresso coffee machines as a condition of the promotion you are unable to use with any other offer so the Nespresso cash back would not be able to be validated due to taking up the Westpac employee 40% off"

                I have gone ahead and submitted a complaint with fair trading and accc and urge everyone to do so as the cashback deal for this offer doesn't have that stated anywhere and they have not being able to offer such evidence.

  • Anyone else had issue with VertuoNext product registration for cashback? The website says machine serial number is not recognised. I talked to customer service they couldnt fix the issue. They said someone else will get back to me regarding the cashback but havent heard from them in a week.
