If you plan to pay for the purchase with gift card, just don't. They will give you a store credit, instead of gift card, when there are very offen out of stock, which forces you to make another online purchase, or forces you to call them and asking for a store credit to egift card conversion.

Store credit requires $30 minimum spend, which I wasn't really happy with (mostly variable weight refund) but you can actually stack with other credit store and gc and 10% off hence not really bothering.

      Interesting article about Woolies digital

      • Be mindful that you will get 0% off due to out of stock hence your order falls short of the required amount.

        • Not true. My last order I had to spend $130 to get 4k pts. Spent $135 and I got a refund/store credit for $6, hence would have been short of $1. Still got all my points.
Also I ALWAYS accept substitution, as I ALWAYS get nicer stuff instead (the refund above was for variable weight - meat)

          • @ShouldIBuyIt: Once I had an offer to spend certain amount each week to get extra points, in the final online order muffin was out of stock without given substitute, I ended up losing the extra points. Will never go near the online thing again especially with offer or gc…

@epaqgz: You sure it wasn't because say you ordered on Sunday delivered/pick up Monday but the deadline for delivery/pick up was sunday midnight? Cause I got caught up once in that situation.

              • @ShouldIBuyIt: The pickup was well before Sunday, I did not realise the issue until too late, I was told sorry but nothing could be done, therefore I promised never bother with their online again.

                • @epaqgz: Was it recently? As yola mentioned, they credit the points when you order. Maybe they fixed the issue since your ordered?

        • +1

This happens at Flybuys but not usually at Everyday Rewards because your points are credited as soon as you order. But even with Flybuys if you call/email them you will get the points if you met all the requirements.

          • @Yola: In the trap today. I have target spend of $100, but only got $80 worth items delivered. Do I got bonus pts based on $100? Currently only base pts with 5x times generic bonus totally 430 was delivered. It seems the pickup order has not been fully processed (not marked as completed), though.

I can still make another purchase online this week. When I add $20 worth items in the cart, it shows that I'll collect the bonus pts.

Does instore shop count in conjuction with online? I got a feeling that they are on the separate lines.

@Neoika: You need to look at the T&Cs of the deal. If it states online or in-store and one or more shops, you should be able to do the extra shop. But for the online shop, you need at least a $30 order. Alternatively, you could chat with Olive to get your points since you ordered the required amount. Seems that for some of their deals you get the points when you order, and you can see them online and on the POS terminal, but others you cannot. Would be better if they were consistent. Would save them resources if it was at the time of ordering as people would not have to follow up.

    • Damn really? Was it advertised here? I got $10 off my first 2 orders, on top of 10% off.

      • Yeah

I've got this one, as part of Woolies mobile, don't think there is a minimum spent

          • @ShouldIBuyIt: Oh ,thanks
Mine was expired ,not sure if that's a generic code

            • @watson4884: It's single use code, assuming you are eligible to the monthly 10% off. Generic otherwise, every month is same code format
