Mine arrived today, was sealed, if its refurbished, be difficult to tell. Box and packaging identical to a what a friend bought direct from apple.

Update: Received mine and have been using it. Couldn't tell if it's actually refurbished, looked brand new to me. Even if it was, definitely worth the saving.

FYI I received mine today and it looks completely new to me. the invoice sent by Allphones doesn't even say refurbished and has a retail price of $412.45. serial number check on apple shows no purchase date.
Everything is wrapped and sealed as if new, only thing that I noticed is theres no plastic shrink wrap outside, but unsure if they usually come with that anyway

after attempting to pricebeat.I came about this deal in the car out of spite from being shut down a pricebeat attempt from Costco. The Officeworks Employee stated they would only accept a pricebeat from Costco if the customer is willing to take on the addition cost of the costco membership ($60) making the price beat from Costco Useless.
i personally wouldnt recommend buying from jackdeals but i would suggest using them as a tool to pricebeating Officeworks
