I have the 700 and my partner has the 35, I personally find the 700 more comfortable but not by any great margin.
I dont wear them often though, I have the wf-1000xm4 sony earbuds which are my daily because they're perfect for a small bag.Partner has QC's I have these, I much prefer these I find they feel alot nicer on my noggin.
Outside of personal preference on feel I don't think there's really any noticeable difference between the two though obviously YMMV
I heard that QC35 is comfier. However, this one has much better mic quality for calls/meetings. Looking at reviews where they recorded voices using the headsets' mics, the difference is day vs night to me
