          Apparently it's a breach of the Perks Terms and conditions to use other codes.
          Someone already got banned from shopping at JB for doing it. I wouldn't risk it myself just to give away or claim another person's code.

          Edit: seems like giving them away is ok? Because there is a code thread. I guess that's allowed in the T&C's.

            @harshbdmmaster718: Giving away and using other peoples code is fine. Gaining the system by creating multiple perks account is the no no.

              @xoom: I swear there was a recent forum post where a user used multiple codes that didn't belong to them and they got banned.
              Obviously you can't stack $10 codes, so they must have used multiple $10 coupons that didn't belong to them in separate transactions.

              Isn't that basically the same thing as creating multiple accounts to get multiple coupons? I mean you could return to the store to get $10 off with no minimum spend everyday and just keep getting codes from others online?

              Who knows maybe so many customers are doing it so JB is just banning the worst offenders. But personally I wouldn't risk it. You are banned from shopping there not just the Perks system.

                @harshbdmmaster718: The forum post i saw was one guy created multiple perk accounts. I think the story was. They banned one of his account and to circumvent the ban he created used another account.

            @solidussnake: Since it's "available to everyone" and therefore advertised on the JB home page with no barcode, how do you reckon those without the email are going to claim it in-store? (Without the barcode if I need to spell it out, which is necessary for the Perks deal that has the terms you quoted). Seriously…
