    Congrats on the product mate. Just had my order delivered, some of the best tasting I've ever had!! 1 small bit of feedback with the Stokkies, there seems to be some sort of thin tissue paper wrapped around each one which can be painful to take off. Unsure if they can be sent without it? Maybe it's needed for your production. Other than that great product will definitely purchase again!

      The stokkies don't actually have a casing. I think you might be referring to the drywors/droewors. They look a bit like a dry sausage.

      The casing is actually just a naturine casing. It's edible and completely safe to eat. No need to take it off.

      Unfortunately we can't send the drywors without the casing. It's how the sausage is made. Sometimes it comes off naturally as part of the drying process.

      But if you don't like the texture if you dry out the drywors a little longer it comes off a little easier. To dry them a little longer wrap them up in a tea towel and store them at the back of the fridge where it's cool and dry. Make sure there is no moisture in the fridge or around it as moisture gives it mould.
