Following Deliveroo pulling out of the Australian market and entering voluntary administration, Menulog is now honouring Deliveroo credits and gift cards. Massive respect to Menulog for doing this.

Redeem your Deliveroo voucher with Menulog

Do you have a Deliveroo voucher, gift card or account credit you were planning to use for your next order? For customers holding valid Deliveroo vouchers, gift card or account credit, you can register it with Menulog and we'll honour it!

Follow these steps to get your Menulog voucher:

  1. Send us a DM on the Menulog Facebook page with a screenshot of your Deliveroo account page which has your voucher, gift card or account credit.
    Please make sure that you:
    • Log in to your Deliveroo account via web (not via the Deliveroo app)
    • Take a screenshot of your account, ensuring that your name, email address and the value of your active voucher or credit is clearly visible
    • Send us a DM with your screenshot and contact details (Full name and email address)
  2. Our team will quickly verify some details and then we'll email you a Menulog voucher to the email address that is on the screenshot of your Deliveroo account.
  3. The voucher amount will be rounded up, so if you have a $17 voucher, we'll give you a $20 voucher!
  4. You have until 31 December to use the voucher on the Menulog app and enjoy your discounted order on us!

Terms and conditions:

  1. Maximum voucher value is $75.
  2. Registration of Deliveroo vouchers ends 1 December and Menulog vouchers are valid until 31 December 2022.

    I got $30 in my deliveroo account
    and $200 GC not added to account yet
    Probably will exchange the $30 to menulog
    and hope to get the refund from SB for the $200

      Is the $200 a single gift card? Or like 4 x $50? If you redeem each one on different deliveroo account, you can get the full $200.

    I had $133 on my account and still $50 and $100 as GC not added yet. Hopefully SB will do something in the next week or so about GC that haven't been added to the account

        people are saying you can still add gc to your account, so ones with a gc that haven't been applied yet could do that, but it isn't worth it for me to do that as I can only redeem $75 max, and I had $133 on my account anyway. Again, will see what SB say about gc that haven't been used yet that were purchased recently through deals

      You can always order on menulog and pick up yourself with the credit. Or pick restaurants that deliver themselves.

      we had only just started using delivery service…decided on Deliveroo and the three times we got it we never had an issue…food fast, hot, fresh…such a pity they are one of the ones that went under, when the ones that are crap are still active (for now…..)

        I sent screenshot to menulog facebook and they confirmed I will get $50 and $25, and email coming my way. Been over an hour and still havent received email.

    PS: i hate Menulog delivery guys. They stole my food twice and marked it delivered. Had to argue with the support on empty stomach for voucher that wasn't worth any more than the order i placed 😢

    While its better than nothing, this isn't that great unless you're ordering not much over $25 (as they split the vouchers in $25 increments). Otherwise, with all the price jacks all the apps have and not being able to stack with any other code its pretty meh.

    Eg 20-25% price jack, 10% service fee, delivery fee, etc. If you're making a $50 order with the $25 voucher the $35 you'll end up paying is pretty close to the real cost of the food if you got it direct. So menulog arent losing much here.

    Still appreciated none the less.
