Following Deliveroo pulling out of the Australian market and entering voluntary administration, Menulog is now honouring Deliveroo credits and gift cards. Massive respect to Menulog for doing this.

Redeem your Deliveroo voucher with Menulog

Do you have a Deliveroo voucher, gift card or account credit you were planning to use for your next order? For customers holding valid Deliveroo vouchers, gift card or account credit, you can register it with Menulog and we'll honour it!

Follow these steps to get your Menulog voucher:

  1. Send us a DM on the Menulog Facebook page with a screenshot of your Deliveroo account page which has your voucher, gift card or account credit.
    Please make sure that you:
    • Log in to your Deliveroo account via web (not via the Deliveroo app)
    • Take a screenshot of your account, ensuring that your name, email address and the value of your active voucher or credit is clearly visible
    • Send us a DM with your screenshot and contact details (Full name and email address)
  2. Our team will quickly verify some details and then we'll email you a Menulog voucher to the email address that is on the screenshot of your Deliveroo account.
  3. The voucher amount will be rounded up, so if you have a $17 voucher, we'll give you a $20 voucher!
  4. You have until 31 December to use the voucher on the Menulog app and enjoy your discounted order on us!

Terms and conditions:

  1. Maximum voucher value is $75.
  2. Registration of Deliveroo vouchers ends 1 December and Menulog vouchers are valid until 31 December 2022.

    I just received $75 worth of Menulog vouchers, split into 6 vouchers (1 × $15 and 6 × $10). Only one voucher can be used per transaction.

    Had $110 of Deliveroo voucher/credit on account.

      I am not sure if it's a good thing that they split the vouchers into such small denomination. Given an average order for a small family costs at least $30 you will be paying $20 out of pocket per order. As the vouchers expire on 31st Dec you will need make 7 orders within 6 weeks and pay $20 or more from your pocket each time.

      I know you can stick to the voucher value per order and not pay anything from your pocket, but that's not practical.

        Yeah it makes it tricky to use, good for small order values. I didn't ask for any split as I assumed it would be a 1 x $50/$75 voucher.

    This is tricky. I have gift cards that yet to be added to Deliveroo credit. Do i add them and get the menulog voucher or await what shopback does. I have $55 gift cards…will Menulog issue me 1 voucher code and can it be used over multiple orders?

      Because in the T&Cs;

      Voucher is single use. Your order must be $1 more than the voucher amount excluding the service fee that is applied.

      If you get one $75 voucher, you have to make a $76+ order to use it.

    The goodness coming from menulog heart will ne forgotten next week.

    Kinda like how shopback is getting ripped a new one. I really can't see how it is shopbacks fault and how they could have foresight to all their gift cards on their site

      It's deliveroo's fault and I think most people understand that. The anger probably comes from the up sized cashback giftcard deal that lots bought from and the concern that deliveroo knew they were going bust but still pushed giftcards.

      The anger then is probably funnelled towards shopback because questions around whether they knew or not and also the more obvious… Deliveroo is gone so can't really rage at them

          Yea i got denied also because i can't login to the desktop deliveroo version with my account although i was able to show screenshots of the app with my phone and clearly showing my current ACTIVE and INACTIVE vouchers. Still denied, guess just gotta wait till ShopBack says no we arn't refunding anyone so i can chargeback.

      If you have redeemed it, i think you are less likely to get a successful chargeback than unredeemed gift cards.

      It is from my experience from Groupon.
      If it hasn't been redeemed, charge back is success
      If it has been redeemed at business (but the service hasn't been utilised like a prepaid voucher issued by business), then charge back is unsuccess

    Trying to add Deliveroo gift card purchased from Shopback in my delivery account it keep saying "use does not meet condition for the voucher" any one else had issues. I wonder if shopback has disabled the gift cards sold by them or something?

    Surprised menulog are doing this and providing vouchers to so many. Even if its a marketing exercise its definitely appreciated and am personally more favourable to them.
