    Let me see if I've got this straight… people are expected to pay money to attend an exhibition that will involve them being harangued by hundreds of different companies to "buy our product"?

    And you're saying they can go to this nagfest for free? But wait, there's more… they can also get into another nagfest next door - for free!

    What a deal!

      That's pretty much the way most 'shows' work…

      That said, most merchants don't actually nag you. You can walk right on by if not interested. If you're interested in the product though, you go in the stall and someone will explain it to you and give you further details if you're interested.

      That’s a bit rough isn’t it?

      You get to go to these exhibitions to browse the products and services.

      If you are interested, walk into a stall and speak to someone, if not simply walk on.

      I was very appreciative of the free tickets I got to home improvement / building exhibitions where I could see many many providers of different things together in 1 – 2 hours.

    Is this post a joke? With a promo code listed above the entry is free. This is what RefundFX maybe doing if you sign up via them.

    Im all for the expo, but very tempted to neg this deal.

      Actually no, it's not a joke.

      The company I work for Refund FX has a booth at the expo and as such is able to give away free tickets to the expo.

      We don't just give out a random company's promo code.

      Tempted to neg a deal where you get absolutely free tickets to the expos instead of $36? That makes no sense…

      I suspect the promo code above is from another show sponsor. That doesn't make this offer any worse, just that they're offering different ways of giving tickets away.
