      Its a Lifetime plan, one who purchase this will have the access throughout the Life. He will be benefited with all product updates and new server addition.         This what I am telling you to PLEASE read the latest reviews. We have fixed these issues in the recent product revamp.

        We have upgraded the severs to 10Gbps, we have now separate servers for streaming.

            I’ve only just discovered that you could actually check if a revision is ever made, as I had never experienced this situation before.

            Anyone that’s interested, I’ve submitted a claim through PayPal and waiting for an positive outcome.

            So now I know why he didn’t honour the refund as he promised in private messaging on OzBargain.

            He probably didn’t know (as well) that by editing the description he’d be exposed.

            Hence why he didn’t reply back to why he had not refunded me, as he stated he would.

            I have taken photo shots before and after, and also the private conversation where he offered me a refund has been forwarded with my claim to Paypal.

            He obviously has no business sense at all.

            A clever business minded person would not allow he’s business or reputation (which speaks for itself) to be tarnished, especially not for a frivolous amount like in this instance.

            I guess we now know how much he believes his company is worth.

    I gave this guy a chance to come good and refund the difference as he had originally advertised in Australian dollars.
    He stated that he had advertised as “$” and I should have known as on his website that it had US dollars trying to put it on me.
    I stated that his post should have read US dollars, and it was incorrect advertisement.
    He has since changed his post or advertisement to US dollars as can be seen above, but he didn’t keep good to his word in refunding my money.
    Someone above did say that they were banned once before, but stupid me thought that I should give them a second chance.
    Hopefully the admins will look into this and ban them again.

    I've had it for a few weeks and used it occasionally. Overall I'm satisfied with the performance although I cant connect to some servers at times. Considering the price I consider it good value for some who is an occasional user. Speed drop is reasonable when connecting to off shore sites.
