Currently C&T have free international delivery for orders over £50. This, along with their current sale of shirts from £19.95 makes it a very good deal. I picked up 3 shirts for less than £60 which works out to around $92 delivered.
Note that they don't remove VAT, but it's a decent price still. I regularly buy from here as the shirts are of excellent quality.

what is the normal coller size for medium slim fit shirts
15" - 15.5" (38 - 39 coller). I bought 4x 15.5" slim fits, I'm a medium and it was just right.

Non-iron shirts are excellent. Normal ones are a pain to iron. I tried one of their lower range suits based on the reviews too wasn't too impressed.
