Lol it's $230 delivery for me. Almost the cost of the actual item itself.

Do they provide health insurance? I'd be very afraid to do a chest press or overhead tricep extensions. But the engineering is amazing, whoever came up with this technology.

  • Does anyone have a review of this product?

Is the mechanism smooth to change weights?

How functional is it when doing exercises? Eg. If you choose the lightest weight, you've got an empty with two tiny two plates, making it awkward to do some exercises.

    • I looked at a bunch of adjustable dumbell reviews on youtube and will likely go for the Iron Masters. It has a larger max capacity and should last a lifetime.

    • i have the 2 x 24, does the job fine, yes its a bit bulky, and would imagine the 2 x 40 be even more bulky and awkward to use.

definitely good for space saving through…
