      Why the negs? Kind of odd.

    I saw some selling at Capitol Theater 2/F computer store for $1.99 with the same cash back. So you save your trip all the way to Lidcomb if you are working near the CBD in Sydney.

    • lol that would be so awesome but will they even honour it if you paid less than their cash back?

  • 640*480 VGA.. meh. Then again if it's free its not bad.

    I'd assume you can get it at Officeworks via Pricematch??

  • My previous research indicated that the MS 5000 cam has a cr4ppy microphone and the comparable Logitech is a much happier purchase. Free is one thing, annoying feature is another.

    probably not worth making a melb to sydney trip for

    Awesome, I'll finally be able to broadcast my balls to the world!

    It's Mwave. Stay away. As far as you possibly can.

    And the ACCC weighs in too.

      Thank you for reminding me the worst shopping experience and customer service ever! Will never trust them again!

    • Good piece of advice that. It would be different if they actually offered service, or didn't use that time-wasting tool they call rush hour to clear out their junk-& cruddy merchandise.

    • Yea, still remember the Sennheiser headphone I ordered from Mwave was making strange sound on arrival, the clowns refused to exchange and declined to provide any assistance. Syntec (the distributor) swapped the headphone no questions asked. I'm surprise these clowns are still in business.

      The ACCC was concerned about statements to the effect that:

      • Mwave does not provide any warranty and consumers must deal directly with the manufacturer;
      • warranties arising from statute do not apply; and
      • the consumer is required to pay any shipping costs incurred in returning the faulty good to Mwave;

      What a bunch of cowboys!

  • for people in vic, this is even cheaper - pay $13.20 then get $14.99 cashback :)

  • Luckily this was free. I was given one with a soiled box and its contents had a stench of fish.

    Might be a one off thing?
