    • Did you have any luck? I got an email from them saying something went wrong and to trigger a review. I did that and they told me they haven't heard anything about anything.

  • DId anyone add TGG wallet to their phone for extra $50 off? How does that work?

  • Did the 2 year NordVPN - cost was $138.18, cashback was $119.25.

    Total cost $18.93 for 27 months, or $0.70 per month.

    • You missed the instructions to select a different tax country to avoid the 10% GST. Total should be around $6 only after cash back.

      I took a bunch of screenshots at the time. Still no email received regarding tracking. Seems like affected quite a few customers.

      Same here, still nothing. Clearly an issue with tracking good guys purchases. Never had any issues in the past.

    The Good Guys has now confirmed a tracking issue affected a small amount of transactions during this promo. Unfortunately they will be unable to report these orders automatically, so have asked that we send an outreach email to possibly affected members.   • Hi @tightarse I too have been unsuccessful in getting my good guys order tracked. It shows up on my click history though. Am I better off making a claim through the cashrewards website from the click history section? (not currently giving me the option, however I presume it will after today ie 7 days). Or waiting for this email on Monday?

      It wouldn't let me submit the claim until at least 7days after the purchase.

  • Anyone else getting grief from CR after submitting a claim? I attached a screenshot of the email confirmation to my claim and CR replied saying there's no payment method (which there is) and no payment breakdown which is something beyond my control. I would have thought screenshot of the email confirmation would have been pretty standard.

    I've since sent through the actual tax invoice however as I got the store to print this for me on the day of collection the date on the invoice is 26th. The order number on the email confirmation and tax invoice is identical though so I'm hoping it's okay but the cynic in me is wondering if CR will just find any reason to decline my claim

    • I haven't heard back yet, but am also concerned there will be an issue due to the way TGG does their invoices. I uploaded the invoice, and strangely it says the order was placed on the 26th (I purchased online on the 25th), and the invoice also doesn't show the payment method. I have the email confirmation that was timestamped the 25th (also same order # as invoice), but it sounds like that won't help at all…

        Pretty poor effort on their part if so. The cashback was a major part of the reason for my purchase. Will keep you posted with how I go though!
