How does shopback pay work with food venues? It's saying cashback confirmed on next visit… So you only get your cashback if you go back for food a second time and use shopback pay again?

No idea about doing both at once, the CW deal is $5 off and has to be applied during payment. I wouldn't be surprised if they stacked, historically SB challenges have always done so.
I have not used this promo.
Edit: Also be sure to spend $7+ at CW, cashback is calculated after discounts.
So in app all you have to do is click the "Pay" icon at the bottom of the screen, and then scan the QR code that comes up on the shops card reader and then you get the $2 cashback?
you should have a westpac card linked as your payment method and pay from that card (not from your cashback balance) for a purchase > $2. Do note the 1.5% service charge for using shopback pay (except in Chemist Warehouse)

I saw it in the app, made a purchase at Chemist Warehouse last Friday, still no tracking.
SadThis particular challenge is not tracking. I purchased something over $2 on 22/5/2025 and it still hasn't tracked. Contacted Shopback Support and received this response:
"Hi ShopBack user,
We would like to inform you that it may take up to 14 days for the Bonus Cashback to be tracked and verified in your account, provided you are eligible to receive it based on the program terms and conditions.
If, after this 14-day period, you find that the Cashback has not been tracked in your account, we kindly request you to revert back to us with the following details:
1) Order confirmation (screenshot or PDF file) that shows the payment method and card number used to make the payment.
2) Bank statement (kindly ensure that it shows your card number)
3) The first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the card:This would help me to verify and check your orders for you to see how we can escalate this to the relevant teams."
Considering how many people have said it's not tracking for them, this seems like an issue on their system end rather than user end.

It's meant to end on 30 June actually. So Shopback pulled it a month early.
Still waiting on my cashback for the last Westpac purchase on the Switch 2 via TheGoodguys deal :/
Support responded saying they'll just wait another month to get a response. Something is broken with this system.
