I just did a live chat. I asked about this because I used to be with Boost a number of years ago. I asked if I would be a new customer if I purchased this, and she replied with:
Yes, you will be considered as a new customer as long you do not have active account or service with Boost.
That's huge. This isn't a deal at all, it's a trap!
So I have family coming from overseas so do each of them need to register - can I get away with doing a fake registration since they only going to be here for a month and just need a SIM card for that time

New customer means new number. Should be fine activating with a new number. You might face trouble activating via the website if you are using the same details. Just give them a call and they can activate it for you via phone! been doing this for the last 3 months. Thank you cashrewards <3
@OzBargainner: ok will give that a go. i did purchage lebara as they had a sale on before i saw this and bought 3 and having issues with trying to use the promo for some odd reason, lets hope can do the same with those folks too

😂 Sorry I think WiFi egg might be an Asian term. It basically refers to a portable WiFi device. Usually like the ones you rent when you're overseas travelling for $5/day or whatever
