        Manfrotto Befree 3-Way Live Advanced Camera Tripod kit. Amazon that one. Not to sure of quality etc. Best to do your research but good price too.

        I have this one, which is great for $219 at the moment: Befree Advanced
        There is a Befree Fluid Video head , but from the photos it looks like there is only vertical fluid drag. I have no idea though, since I don't do much video.

          @trippy: Yeah would be mostly photo's and not Video. I like the horizontal feature of this one though.
