    • I have the original Z5550's they are awesome if I remember correctly I paid around $400 ~

      Yup if you can get the 5500s go right ahead. Its general consensus they are the better speakers. I have the 5500s and my friend has the 906s and we agree mine sound better.

      • Hassle with the 5500s is that their idle power usage is 40W (or 9W - I've read two different things).

  • Any HDMI inputs/output with this device?

    • No, none at all.

  • I was at Harvey Norman and JB last weekend and they had some Yamaha or Pioneer 5,1 sets going for between 300 and 400. Sound quality should be much better….
