    Finally pulled the trigger.

I see what you did there.

  • Awesome deal if you’re in NSW. $20 delivery for most other states due to stock availability.

Price is better than the $820 I paid yesterday (VIC)

    • Where did you get it for $820. Curious.

      • TGG. Price matched to $940, used a $30 promo code and paid balance with gift card

        • Noice. TCN giftcards? I only could fine $150 of home cards for my oracle coffee machine so couldn't get a huge discount but i guess thats the challenge with these sales. Win some lose some although dyson has the vacuum with 3 extra accessories

          • @Royale with cheese: Just normal 10% gift cards.

Dyson store does come with extra accessories but doesn’t justify the price for me

  • How this cash rewards works and how long before you actually get credit thanks

    • Think Cashreward as a web browser, search the BINGLEE and place the order as you normally do within the cashreward app, so they can track the purchase, they will get the marketing commissions and you will get the cashback in return. Tracking will take about 1 business to show up, and 1-2months to be confirmed for withdrawal (if you don’t exchange or return the order)
PM if you need the new user referral which gives you $20 signup bonus if you place the first order using cashreward within 14days

      • I signed up first time. Used a referral. Then used cash rewards website to go to bing lee. Code is coming up as a banner. The promo code option comes on desktop only at purchase

  • Worth upgrading from a V7?

    • I was interested in V7 and V8 but what i understood were for spot cleaning with less run time. Depends on your needs. I needed for a mid size house with mix carpets and tiles

      • My V7 dies when I have 2 rooms left in the house haha.. Have had it for 3 years now and seems the V11 has a lot more suction and a longer run time. Run time is nice to have for me but the suction is a big thing. More sucking power means more sht getting out of my house lol. Very tempted.

  • Dyson store on ebay has v12 for $899 with SNSNOV

  • Here is a bonus: Pay with Zip Pay for additional 5% cash back ;)

    • Zip pay or Zip Money or both?

      • On the zip app, it only mention pay with zip account but I guess to be safe use Zip Pay.

        • Well worth a shot haha.. Will try.. Once I know which one to pick. tx

    • I used credit card to get extra warranty

  • Ok this or v15?

Need some suction as have carpet, wood and tiles and the awesome dog for a mid sized house!

  • I really hate OZB sometimes… Just bought a V11… lol.. Tx :D

  • I've been going back and forth trying to decide which stick vac to get for months. There's so many options and I couldn't be bothered with the research anymore and just grabbed this. Thanks OP (I think….)

    • I guess the summary was…. dyson is the Mercedes of vacuums. Its about performance but also brand name. Within Dysons, v7 and v8 are good for apartment/spot cleans. V11, 12 and 15 are good for houses with bigger capacities and batteries. Then it comes to cost, need and want.
I figured V11 was a good compromise although you can get V7 or V8 (new) from marketplace for $250 sometimes

      • I have a V7 trigger (the short one) I picked it up using excess frequent flyer points just as COVID was kicking off. I guess I'll whack it on marketplace/gumtree for a couple of hundred bucks.

FWIW I think the V is terrible.. battery lasts 5mins on high and doesn't suck anything on the lower setting. Having said that I have a Dyson barrel vacuum which has been going great for 10yrs. I wanted a stick vac for quick cleanups post toddler meal times. Hopefully I'm not disappointed with it.

  • Just be aware that the vacuum trigger is prone to break. Mine break after 3 years.

If you check google review, plenty other ppl had the same issue.

You can get trigger replacement in amazon ($10). However opening the vacuum can be tricky.

For a $1000 vacuum, I expected the parts to last longer.

    • Cant really pull too hard then

      • That's what she said :)

I'll be happy to pay for a part if its this cheap abd lasts 3 years. Very happy with the v7 but would like more suction power and lasting a bit longer would be nice as well. Hope to get like 120 for my v7 then this was a very very good deal

"…..and lasting a bit longer would be nice as well"

She probably said that too !!
