Bugger the nearby ones are coming soon. Will be good to have more places for the Tesla. There really aren't enough places.
Next time you’re up North you can stop by the one they’ve installed near my place. It’s just off the highway so a convenient location and it can actually get quite busy, especially on weekends.

On the login screen. Choose option at the bottom 'use as guest'. Once you scan the QR on the charger you will see the cost as free.

Damn, my battery is full this morning so I can't take advantage. If this offer is still around over the weekend then I might try out their shiny new 350kw charger that opened recently just 5km away :-)
Can an electric car do doughies?
Some of them have a drift mode. Probably a little artificial feeling, but given the enormous amount of torque available at low revs, they can probably break traction to do a doughie better than petrol cars

If there is a mobile phone outage in the area, could you still charge? Or do you always need internet connectivity to be able to login to enable charging.

It varies from each charger but anywhere between $15-20 is what I normally pay for a fast charge, gives me about 400km of range

Also varies depending on the charger anywhere from 15 minutes to 40ish
Not a hack, Evie Networks announced it via FB. They’re having trouble connecting to a third-party payment processing gateway so have enabled Guest Mode in the interim. Might be revoked at any time when they fix it.
