      It's relatively cheap and got a decent build, got the sous vide, sous vide cooker and laser thermometer. They all work well

      I've got the ITC-308 for temp controlling a fridge, and IBT-4x for BBQing/baking meat etc. I'm happy with all each product.

    Got these in a deal with a wireless thermometer a couple months back. Haven't used gloves before so just figured I've give them away.. But gave them a go and now can't imagine not using them. Very.. Handy.

    Also have the smoker fan controller from Inkbird and it's great.

      I've got the fan controller but find it reacts too aggressively - temp 5deg off target, it fires fan up to 70%. Hits target temp and fan stops. Temp keeps rising and takes the next hour to reduce back to target…
      How does yours go?

        Works great tbh. I use it on a UDS, and noticed it runs best when the exhaust is shut a bit, half or 3/4. But holds temps great, and recovers after opening etc.
        Only thing I can think of, did you set the right size bbq in the app?

    Annoying in winter if you are wearing jumper/jacket. The sleeves get squashed against glove.
