If you don't like Harvey Norman you can price beat for an extra 5% off at Officeworks but they usually drop their price to match soon after Harvey Norman launches their sale.

I haven't printed any for at least 5 years but I recall they were better quality than Kmart and Big W. Haven't tried Officeworks.
HN is miles better with proper photo lab printers. Many of the OW are just fast dry inkjets now.
For photo prints, both print on Fujifilm (and both use the Fujifilm website backend for online orders). Equipment maintenance might make a difference.
In store will be dependent on equipment (dry vs wet lab) and how often it's maintained.
If you order online, it should be processed by the central Fujifilm lab in Sydney so would be the same regardless.
(at least this was my experience when I worked at Big W ~5 years ago)
On side note….any idea if HN is doing free photo with Santa? If not, then is there any other free option?
