if you ahve fluro in garage, i assume its either t5 or t8 tube, best to get a direct led replacement tube to retrofit

what he/she is saying is you need a T5 or T8 led bulb to replace your existing fluro bulbs - what they are selling replaces your entire fluro fixture

Yes you can get direct LED replacements for fluro light sabres. Otherwise the OP is saying you have to physically remove the existing light fixture and install the new one in the post.
