For all Tennis lovers ! Received an e-mail from Promotix about 4 x complimentary United cup tennis tickets for selected sessions in Sydney. Have to be a Promotix member to redeem these tickets (it seems). Only catch is that each ticket has $4.95 booking fees. I did manage to book 1st Jan night session - Spain v Great Britain. Did receive booking confirmation e-mail suggesting:

THIS IS NOT YOUR ENTRY TICKET TO THE EVENT
Follow these steps to access your official entry tickets:
1/. On Friday 16 December 2022 we will email you with your unique ticket code for use on the Ticketmaster website.
2/. The email will provide you with steps to log into Ticketmaster to redeem your official entry tickets at anytime from this date onward.

    I downloaded the match schedule by @cjoruus when the tournament was announced and. then wasn't able to find it.
    Do check the tentative player schedule so as to not be disappointed.

      The link posted by cjoruus are the tentative matches (though it may be subject to player withdrawals).

      Each tie is split over two days, the first sessions has 2 singles (men #1s and women #2s), the second session has 2 singles (women #1s and men #2s) followed by a mixed doubles match.

    Personally, I feel the description on Promotix page in the event details a bit misleading.

    Featured players include:Aus Open champion Rafael Nadal
    Women’s world #1 Iga Swiatek and a stacked Australian team led by Nick Kyrgios and Ajla Tomljanovic.

    None of the tickets being sold is scheduled to feature any of these players. They will be in the Cup but not on the dates these tickets are for.

        If you mean regular ticket sales, then tickets are available on Ticketmaster for that 2nd Jan 7pm session.
        If you mean here, that night was never part of the freebie, isn't it?

          I remember seeing Jan 2 evening session freebies exhausted at around 6am AEDT this morning - which led me to buying tix

            @Port8o: I think you might have confused with Jan 1 freebies. There were no tickets available for Jan Sydney matches.
            Jan 1 both sessions then Jan 3 morning session. Believe me I was online at midnight hehe

      I called today and asked - he said it'll be released on Monday. When asked for the reason behind this, he could not and would not answer that as it was "none of my concern"
      The worst customer service I've experienced.. Even ticketmaster is better

      Navigate to the ticketmaster page of the game you reserved tickets for
      Edit the URL to include '?did=specialoffer' at the end
      You should see the option now to enter the code
      Proceed per steps in the email

      1-Jan game is Spain vs Great Britain by the way.

    The emails were in junk mail. I managed to redeem tickets to all the free sessions. Can confirm that free train travel is included with the ticket.
