    • Hey mynameisborat, can you please share your reference number in order to track your application.

Mine came last week. Great offer and I’m really happy with superloop.

    • Mine also came last week. OP will fix you up.

  • I missed the previous promo by a day (forgot to do it on time). Asked them if they'd honour it but there was nothing they could do. So I signed up anyway to exetel, and then a month or so later, they run this promo again. Sad days.

    • +1

Cancel n jump back to superloop or another isp.. u werent on their prev offer

  • How easy is it to switch every 3-6 month to get these offers? Is there any downtime? I am currently with Exetel.

    • +3

Very little down time. Customer loyalty is not rewarded. You're better off hopping to get new sign up deals

      • Would my Exetel router work with other providers?

        • +1

yes but you will need to login and change some settings as from memory exetel use ipoe with user name & password

    • with Exetel you need to give 30 days notice or they try and charge you for an extra month
although people on here have said they have argued that fee away

  • +1

    I pmd you OP.
The previous promo finished before it was advertised on ozbargain.
Could you please reply to my pm

  • +1

Superloop gave me a reduced rate to stay onboard with them! $74.95 for 100/20 on-going, pretty happy I didn't change plans

  • Can just use shopback for $99 cashback no?

Prepare to be spammed for all eternity. And they have enough data to take out a loan in your name. Not worth $100, IMHO.

    • for what its worth I just applied for this and was not asked to confirm any of my personal information
need valid mobile for verification code, email address for confirmation/bills, and valid card for payment
      no drivers licence/passport etc

(econnex already have mine from a previous electricity deal anyway)

Honestly OP appears to have very Poor communication skills which is really a big deal for me.

First red flag: did not bother to reply to pm until i prompted here in comment
Second red flag: Tried to brush me off with pm "unfortunately mate, this offer is expired."

Will not be using this mob. Anyone can run a comparison website in their garage, its the customer service that really matters end of the day.
Ill just stick with the bigger comparison websites .

Can tell i would possibly have issues in the future

YMMV but you have been warned informed

  • I haven't got my $99 cash back from this deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/734854

    • Hey monitha, please share your reference number in order to track your application

      • pm sent

This company is dodgy as… assessed this last time this deal came up and came to the conclusion that my personal info is not worth $100. Joined Exetel directly and got cashback through Cashrewards instead.. it was not $100, but I didn't have to sell my personal info to get it. Exetel is great FWIW.

  • I have’t received gift card for this deal in OCT.

    information PMed

  • +3

Personally, I would not bother to go through any Econnex deals anymore

  • I also PM'd. Could you pls check?

  • Could you check my application from the last deal? My internet was activated on 23/11/2022, how long until i get my $100 Woolworths voucher?

    Reference number 1667797176

    • LoveDeals20, If you are eligible, Econnex Comparison will provide you with a $100 Woolworths Store Bonus eGift Card by email up to 90-120 days after you have successfully activated your service.

  • Beware….I havent received yet from June signup…even after investigation and sending them all conversation proof.
    Not worth the time chasing.

    • I flicked them one email and got it the next day so you've been unlucky there!

    • Hey Jayze, kindly share your reference number in order to track your application.

  • Bs - never received mine after using them to switch a few months ago even after following up

    • Hey Atlas, kindly share your reference number.

  • Customers who acquired an NBN connection from any retailer through Econnex Comparison within the previous 6 months will not be eligible for this promotion.

Am I eligible if my service was activated on 3 Jun 2022? (How exactly is the 6 months counted?)

    • dftba, yes you will be eligible for the offer, 6 months from the date of the activation of your services.

For example, you signed up today and you choose your connection date of 14th Jan 2023, so the 6 months should be from 14th Jan 2023. in July 2023 you will eligible again for the sign up.

      • Thank you. One other question, what is the latest connection date I can choose to still be eligible for this deal?

        • Hey dftba, this offer is available till 16 Dec 2022 and activation can be latest by 15th Jan 2023.

      • In this example, should the new sign up be after 14 July 2023 ?

  • Those peeps that have a Commonwealth Credit or Debit card can sign up to More with 30% off for 12 months. Then 10% off after that. Works out better than getting a $100 gift card - if at all.

  • Didn't receive the giftcard from August deal and pmd OP. I will see how it goes.

  • @OP - how do i know that my order has been tracked for the gift card from previous deal?
    I have PM'd

  • Does this work for new connections?

    • Hey Bdawg, yes this offer is available for the new connections.

  • Hi, I just read the connection has to be on or before 15th Jan 2023. I stupidly just signed up to Exetel to be connected on the 16th Jan 2023. Is there a way to change and amend the date? Or do I have to cancel and reapply again? Thanks

    • Hey mate, please share your reference number in order to track your application.

        1. Thanks!
  • yup dont ever bother signing up with econnex they wont give you gift card till 90-120 days lol and by that time whos going to remember a gift card could be dead by that time…

  • $100 in gift cards received. Thank you, Econnex.

Just a small heads-up for others, the email I got says it includes "AN egift card" - meaning only one - but it actually contains two separate gift cards (2 x $50). At first glance, it looked like I only received $50, not $100. This wording issue is Woolworths doing, not Econnex.

Despite the concerns in earlier comments above about being spammed, I didn't receive any that I can recall.
