  Been trying to use the Festive code on a few different products which say it has the 10% off but its not doing anything in checkout - it says its applied but doesn't change the price, and when trying to add again says its a duplicate..

      I couldn't get it to work either desktop or mobile for my item.. showed it was eligible for the 10% off (eneloop aa rechargeable batteries) but wouldn't take it off in checkout. Tried adding the code again, just said it was doubled up, but still the same price. Had to purchase anyway as i had a $20 concierge credit about to expire today. I sent them a message via the website. Will see what they say tomorrow. Unfortunately, because it is after hours, i couldn't contact anyone about the issue. That's the problem with the after hours sales.
