        Bought first ask questions later

    • +1

Yes, but you have to order them from a third party company I think.

    • Yes I have heard of people doing this.

Aw, this made me think smart glasses were a thing again. These are just sunnies that block blue light and have shitty BT audio. Bugger.

Would you be able to order prescription lenses from somewhere and get them put in???

Trying to think of a use case in my personal setup to justify a purchase, especially at this discount price but I really cannot think of a single one.

I guess they are really designed to be worn in front of your pc to listen to music and/or take calls?

But why would anyone wear these when a normal headset and/or pc speaker and mic can be used. Blue filter glasses are hugely cheaper and audio quality on these are weak, especially at the RRP asking price. I guess these are designed for people that want to wear glasses for blue light protection and don’t want to use a dedicated headset during calls?

Seems like an extremely niche and specific product, It’s bizarre these exist…

Work colleague has a pair. He hates them. Mainly got them as sunglasses, however the lenses aren't dark enough for his liking. The sound quality is so so. Still prefers to use his normal headphones. At full sound people around him can hear. In that sense can be a bit obnoxious.

There are plenty of alternatives from no name brands for $50ish in case you miss this deal.

not sure they ycount as smart glasses.

    • Voice assistant makes them "smart"

I've got these. Recently, I've been having ear pain with earbuds and over ear headphones so this is a "low impact" alternative when I need to I take calls when other people are in the room. Been useful as well on flights where I have trouble having my ears pop from pressure with earbuds in.

Charging cable is a nightmare as they are proprietary and magnets don't stick well

I got these recently off Amazon. I'm going to return them because, while they're comfortable, the large round shape makes me look like Harry Potter; also one of the speakers makes a crackling sound, even when nothing is playing, so seems to be faulty.

not sure if everyone has it but i have an ebay code for AU $59.10

The lenovo C8 looks similar for half the price again… anyone tried these?

    • i like this shape better

  • I bought rectangle L couple of weeks ago. Way too big. Price has been that low on ebay for at least 2 weeks

  • Considered it but if I have to go through their shitty software to configure it, then hard pass
