Sadly I can see why KICKS is closing down. Never had a good experience with them. Took the money and then all of a sudden, no stock and I was refunded (thank goodness).
Even now, a clicked on a few titles and none in stock…

Why display titles that are nil stock. A complete time waster and extremely annoying.

With sites that do this I generally just close the window and never return to that site. I guess they don't really care though as they are closing down. You would think that they would be making it easier to clear stock.

I ordered 7 movies and they changed my invoice to 4 without telling me. I'm assuming some were actually out of stock (in stock when I ordered), yet they have not refunded me the difference or contacted me to indicate as such.
Once again with Kicks, this will be my duty to chase up and resolve issues caused on their end. I have gotten some great deals over the years but it has been a very unprofessionally run business.
