some z690 boards have DDR5, but I can see why you might want a new board, sorry I got no reccomendations
MSI's PRO Z690-A, the DDR5 variants are good boards.
I paired mine with a 13600K. It's been great.
Value for money wise go with Z690, not a huge change to the Z790 over the 690, and you can get Ddr5 boards as well.

any intel CPU with F at the end, will not work if your build is without a graphics card, or could be problematic when your GPU is faulty.
