  • Nice! What resolution is the screen? Is it a touch screen by any chance?

    • +1

      FHD (1920x1080).

There is no mention of touch screen in the webpage. Maybe you can send the seller a message for confirmation.

    • No, it's not touchscreen

  • Thunderbolt port?

    • Looks like one in the left side. Pic not great though.

      • from review, none
        but usb with diplay yes

      • No thunderbolt port, usb-c yes

  • 3 month warranty? I will pass.

    • Buy a lot of these laptops and I agree 100 percent with this.

  • +3

as i said on the other deal from the same store, this guys didnt put enough descriptions on their listing.
probably sick due selling thousands refub laptop but hey that is the business they choose
at least give us the exact model number.
no wonder they are having hard time selling stocks

    • -3

      exact model number

these guys want to move stock quickly. Last thing they want are pedantic customers.

      • +6

Giving the model number is little effort on their part, and saves countless questions!

      • +3

No. Knowing the model number isn't something that just 'pedantic' customers want to know.

I'd never buy a laptop without that info.

    • Hi there,

We get stock from different suppliers. There are a lot of variations in one single laptop.

Also, we manage our website and ebay with different strategies. I admit, in the other deal we should have mentioned 2 usb-c ports but we much rather prefer underselling the specs than oversell as customers are happy getting a better unit.

      However, the feedback is appreciated.

  • is this similar too the 18/11/2022 offer https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/737802 so all the comments are helpful?

  • +2

Wonder if they do any boxing day sales. Same model excellent condition on their website was $369 until 2 days ago and now all of a sudden at $399. Very suspicious

    • Hi,

We are not doing boxing day sales. We manage our website and eBay differently and in some cases both have different pricing strategy.

  • No mention of battery capacity and health.

    • +1

Whenver you buy a second hand laptop you should assume the battery will need to be replaced in the next couple of years, and make your purchase decision accordingly.

  • Do these have a trackpoint/nub like on lenovo laptops? I've seen pics of it both with and without. Using an old thinkpad and I'm too used to having one of these now.

    • -2

Red track point is Lenovo thing. Other brands don't do it.

      • For their enterprise lines, HP and dell also have track points, tho it's not as prevalent compared to thinkpads. So I wanted to double check before springing for it.
For example, this review for one of the model's sku has a track point.

      • +1

Some Dells using ~8 gen intel CPUs do have a pointer knob, coloured blue

  • -3

Looks to be local pick up only

  • The laptop is oos now.

  • FYI, I picked up one of these.

Cosmetic condition was excellent. Battery 70% capacity.
