    A protip that works with JB hi-fi trade in is to select a smartwatch that doesn't use 4G so doesn't need to supply an IMEI number. Add a bunch of damage to the listing and they will offer you mere dollars for it. Accept and use the trade in bonus then email and say to cancel the trade and you will have to pay the mere dollars back .

        The third party company either didn't receive the phone well they say they didn't but tracking shows arrived, also they greatly reduced trade in price even though phone was in mint condition and they'd say it's heavily scratched or broken. Some people felt abit scammed and had to do charge backs to avoid the fees or price difference they tried to pull off. Some people had no issues also so just depends if it's worth the risk for you.

    Almost the cheapest.
    I got the 256GB version for $999 from JBHifi in July. But that time, if my memory serves me right, the 128GB version was only $100 cheaper, not $150 as of now.

      If you have a previous samsung phone, ask kindly then they will usually give you a loyalty voucher. You will need to supply seriel number/imei of the phone though

    Online chat was useless, as APPARENTLY they don't deal with the trade in… so i have to send an email to who does … so probably wont even get a response for a couple days and who knows if anything will have been resolved by the end of year…

    EDIT: deleted the app and went through the process again. It worked this time, with the new code it provided…

      I didn't bother with it. I had success with it once, a year ago, but now they just give loyalty discount (15%) and it doesn't stack with trade in bonus (e.g. in this case it applies 15% discount to reduced price, but adds back $450 trade in bonus)

    They quote me 90 for my Note 9 + 60 admin fees. If I don’t send my trade in phone, will they charge me 90 + 60 total? Correct?

    Will they charge me back 450 for the trade in that I opted for but didnt send the teade in phone?

    Obviosuly my note 9 worth more than 250 -300 in private sale. Hence asking….TIA
