Important: 'Entertainment & Electronics' cashback category includes all electronics & electrical appliances, personal care products, luggage & travel (from anywhere on Myer's website). Books, magazines, food are classified under 'Home' cashback category.

Cashback is ineligible on the following:

  • Purchase or redemption of gift cards for full/partial payment.
  • Products from the following brands: CHANEL, Dior, Hermes, Aesop.
  • Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
  • Purchases using Myer team member/staff discounts.

    Make separate transactions, clicking through CR and checking out each time. This will help ensure your cashback, as a likely modification of your order from Myer due to stock availability would otherwise void the lot.

      Yes on a day like boxing day they won't pack click & collect orders for 1-2 days and online orders for several days. Happened to me last time they had a sale/cashback- order was cancelled 3 days later as OOS

        Better off going to get it yourself and not worrying about cashbacks on days like boxing day. You can imagine them selling to store customers first instead of sitting on stock, especially red hot items.

        Have never had an issue personally with cancellations but have only got clothes mostly.

      I would love to confirm it too, but looking at the wording I'd assume they're electronics: 'Entertainment & Electronics' cashback category includes all electronics & electrical appliances…(from anywhere on Myer's website).

      So it looks like if it plugs into an outlet its considered an electronic rather than a home item.

            The Myer app has nothing to do with this.

    just got some spicebomb extreme with commbank $10 from 100 spend , should knock it from 166 to $129.48, very pleased thanks.

    Tracked within 5 minutes excl gst was $ 150.91 and got $33.19 back! Very happy

          I've got 10% cashback tracked as well. I have lodged an enquiry and ask whether it should be 22% instead (Weber doesn't seem to fit into the 10% cashback categories). I will report back once ive got a response

            @Calvinx: Yeah, think it should be 22% as there wasn't anything to indicate otherwise, I'd have taken even the 10% but unfortunately doesn't seem like tracked even for the 10% .. least not yet. Can't submit a claim either as 7 days hasn't passed. Separate order, from different category, on wife's computer tracked with email. Should've done it through the cashrewards app :( .. May have to consider a return as the cashback was the only reason that pushed me to buy a new weber.

              @nickeud: @nickeud@Sobb, cashrewards rep has reviewed my weber purchased and adjusted the 10% cashback to 22%.

              It is still subject to Myer's finalisation process which takes between 30-90 days (so long!!!) but it looks promising
