    The challenge can be found at the giftcard and vouchers page (not on the front page of the app)

    Bought the giftcard but tracking for the challenge is slow. Seems like rep above saying won't be limited to "redemption" so hopefully everyone that opts in will automatically get

        weird. Well it shows 3020 people opted in so maybe they stopped at opted in instead of claimed.

          Quite likely, when they noticed the tracking issue, they capped the number that can opt in to make sure no one who opted in and bought misses out, without them having to spend more than budgeted…

    @gotyourback Is there issue going on with payment?

    Tried 3 saved cards to pay. All said "Payment Unsuccessful" - please try another card after 24 hours.

    Trying to link a new card, kept saying "Multiple tries of linking this card have been failed".

      Hey mate, no blanket issues as far as I'm aware, it sounds like it might be an automated cooldown placed on your account if you've tried multiple times/ linked new cards.

          If it is limited redemptions, then it means there are no guaranteed slots. First in, best dressed.

          If on the other hand, it is an "opt in" challenge, you secure a slot when you start the challenge.

          What is really confusing is how @gotyourback has changed the model from redemptions to opt-ins, but then what happened to my slot? I am just seeing the message "All Rewards Claimed". Did @gotyourback change back to redemptions again afterwards?

            @DoctorCalculon: Yes (still took hours after he made that comment to hit 3000 redemptions).

            Also the amount of negs I got on my comments in this thread is crazy haha, so many SB fanboys that actually think what happened here is fine (changing the limit from redemptions to opt-ins shortly after the opt-ins hit over 3000). At least let the challenge run its course by how it was originally set up… just screws over even more people after the (profanity) that happened this morning.

    There are currently 2,300 rewards claimed out of the original 3,000 spots. Given that the users that have purchased so far have received their bonus $5, Maybe the rep can open it back up for 30-60 mins to let those that missed out a chance to purchase.

        Yeah they can work together, the only thing to keep in mind is that promo credit does make you ineligible for cashback.

            @Rain Cloud: You can use your promo credit and GC balance together on the same order, but you won't get cashback. Amazon cashback works with GC balance but not promo credit.

          Ok so you're looking at the "See Reward" page of the challenge and yes it does say "Voucher Redeemed - enjoy!"

          But that's just telling you that you've successfully completed the challenge.

          The $5 reward will show in your Account under Cashback details as "Pending". You'll get it in a few days… that's how it works
